“Once the work started, Dave was very good about letting us know what was going to be done and when. There were rarely any surprises, and certainly none that Dave couldn’t control. It was soon apparent that Dave looks upon his projects as if he was doing them for himself, and not just another client. He used our money as he would his own. He wouldn’t dream of cutting corners just to save a few dollars, but he also discouraged us from overspending ourselves when he felt it wasn’t necessary. We came to rely upon and trust his expertise.
Dave’s cheerful disposition and great sense of humor made our project a very pleasant experience. We didn’t start getting “contractor fatigue” as we did with projects in years past. Dave went from being “the builder” to a trusted friend in a matter of days.”
